The client came up with the idea to create a digital management system for his successful construction company. With a perspective, determine the range of necessary functions and turn the product into a SAAS solution for the construction industry.
The main tasks for Norma were the following:
- The company has its own manufacturing plants, with the need to control the workers at the plants and the hours of production
- Functionality for calculation of wages for workers in production based on the hours worked and the skills of the worker
- Electronic checkpoint at facilities
- Functionality for calculating the estimates for the clients
- The functionality of the database for workers with a detailed description of competencies and employment calendar at the facilities
- Internal management system for the coordination of contracts, invoices and estimates with the functionality of invoicing and formation of contracts
- Monitoring the availability of consumables in production with the ability to order the missing
- Interface for creating an order from a customer object to production

🧩 Each module had to be alienable so that the future buyer of Norma's SAAS solution could assemble his package of necessary services. The functionality of the SAAS solution was born in the process of interviewing company employees: from CEO to client managers at facilities and shift supervisors at factories.

Technology stack:
The SAAS is made entirely on the low-code platform Bubble.io (as it was important for the company to quickly test hypotheses and introduce new functionality every week).
The work on the product included:
- development of technical specifications
- assembly of the desktop and mobile versions on low-code tools
- weekly communication with company employees at all levels to finalize software requirements
